How long does shipping take?

Products will generally ship the next business day. During the ski season products may take up to 5 days to ship out. Please expect delays from UPS during the holiday season.

How do we ship?

All of our shipping is through UPS Ground (unless other arrangements are made for express services.) Generally speaking it will take 7 to 10 days for east coast deliveries. We do offer express shipping. Please give us a call for a quote. Express packages can generally get shipped out same day if ordered before 1:00 pm Monday through Friday. (Not including web orders.)

Privacy?

We do not sell or trade your email address, phone numbers, or any other private information. All credit cards are purged from our system regularly.

Payment Methods:

We accept Credit Cards online. (or Paypal if you call our store.) We also accept credit cards over the phone and money orders. International customers other than Canada must pay with Paypal. Call us and we can send you a Paypal invoice to your email address.

International Customers:

We will only accept Paypal on international orders other than Canada. We ship international and to Alaska/Hawaii via USPS. Shipping for international orders will be calculated after the order is placed, OR please call before placing an order for a shipping quote. International orders will be more that the standard rate shipping we charge. International orders ship USPS air mail parcel post, with some restrictions on size. We can ship UPS international, BUT all duties, customs, & brokerage fees will be collected by UPS prior to delivery to your location. Shipping time is usually 7 -10 business days to the east coast, HOWEVER this is not guaranteed because it depends on each individual countries postal services and customs. International shipping times can be considerable, we will not charge you until shipping has been agreed upon.
