Return Policy
You may return any product for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange within 14 days, provided the product has not been used by you. You must contact us for an RMA number at 509-663-5255, M-F 8:30 - 4:30 PST (Pacific Standard Time.) Due to the seasonality of our business, you must ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your product. Items shipped after the 14 days will be charged a 20% per week restocking fee. Items returned without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Detailed Return Instructions:
1) Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form to receive an RMA Number
(Or call us at 509-663-5255 to have one issued.) Click below for the form:
2) Write the RMA number you received on the outside of the box in large printed letters.
Inside include your name address and product you are returning as well as the reason
you are returning it.
3) All products must be returned within 2 weeks, in good condition, in original boxes
(whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
4) All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5) For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS ground or Insured USPS

6) Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure proper delivery.
You may expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 weeks
of our receiving your returned product. Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items.
