Please note:  This is a "Standard" grade ski.  The skis will have chip(s) in the top sheet 1/2 to 2 inches in length.  In addition, these are used working skis and will have scratches in the top sheets and bases. Please see our Ski Evaluation Guide for details.

In order to keep the price as low as possible these skis will not be "tuned" prior to shipment.  They have been checked for functionality but we have not touched the top sheets, bases or edges.  If you can do this work yourself you can save a ton of money!  If you are less handy or would like to save some time, we offer the following services at a 1/2 price discount over our normal shop rates:

Full Service Tune - $37.50 (Top sheet chip repair, base repair, edge sharpen, hot wax)

Base & Edge service - $17.50 (Base repair, edge sharpen, hot wax)

These are used skis. The skis and bindings are guaranteed to be in working condition, as described, or they will be repaired or replaced at the seller's option. Buyers are allowed 7 days from the time of receipt to inspect the skis and have the bindings tested by a certified binding technician. 

As always, satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return a product for any reason. We will refund your purchase price minus the shipping charges. Please see details below in the Returns section. 

We generally have several of the same model product with different sizes in stock and take one picture to represent the entire model.

Q & A

Q : How long will it take to get a pair of skis to the East Coast?

A: We generally ship new skis the day after we receive notification of your payment. Travel time through UPS ground service is 7 to 10 days to the East Coast. Used skis will generally ship the next day too. However, it may take up to three days to process the skis through our tune shop during the peak season from November 15 through January 31. If you need expedited delivery please contact us prior to making your purchase to see if we can meet your delivery date.

Q: I purchased a product and have not received a tracking number. When will I receive this number?

A: The tracking number is sent to the email address you provided during checkout by UPS the evening your package is pick-up from our warehouse. New products are generally shipped the day after we receive notification of your payment. Purchases made Friday after 12:00 pm through Sunday evening will be shipped on Monday. Used skis and snowboards may take up to three business days to ship due to the necessary preparation in our tune shop. Please, check your junk email folder before calling us for your tracking number.

Q : How come you cannot ship my product by the Postal Service to my international destination at a cheaper rate?

A: Many of our products such as skis, snowboards, snowboard packages, wakeboards, wake surf boards etc. are too large to be handled by the U.S.P.S. Many of these restrictions are imposed by your country's postal service. Please, contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing any large product.

Q : How do I obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number?

A: Give us a call at 1-509-663-5255 Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm PST (Pacific Standard time.)

Q : Can you set the DIN on my skis before you ship them to me?

A: Unfortunately, no, this is a safety issue. We highly recommend that you take your skis to a licensed ski technician to have the DIN set and the bindings sized to your boots.

Q : My skis or snowboard has a thick wax on the base. Are they ready for me to go down the mountain?

A: No. We sometimes apply a storage wax to the bases of the skis and snowboards to protect them during transportation. Simply scrap the wax with a hard plastic edge (such as an ice scraper) until the bases are smooth. This only takes a few minutes to accomplish. Do not allow someone to tell you the skis need to be waxed again.
